Suffolk Construction Completes Concrete Pour on First MiamiCentral Office Tower

3M-SF All Aboard Florida Development Marks Milestone

Suffolk Construction has hit a milestone on the first of three office towers that will be constructed at the MiamiCentral station, completing the concrete mat pour at the first overbuild office site there.

The eight-hour pour began at 1 a.m. on December 23rd, and included 950 cubic yards of concrete totaling 105 truckloads.

The first phase of the overbuild will see a 10-story, 286,118-square-foot office tower rise above the station, part of the proposed 3 million-square-foot master development by All Aboard Florida that will eventually include residential, office and retail space in a modern urban live-work-play environment served by Miami's public transit systems.
